Bundle Buddy is Davis & Green’s preventative maintenance and whole-home protection membership designed to keep your home running safely, efficiently, and reliably year-round. Members receive priority scheduling, discounted service and repair pricing, reduced dispatch fees, annual HVAC, plumbing, and electrical maintenance visits, plus extended warranty coverage on service work.
With Bundle Buddy, your heating & air, plumbing, and electrical systems are proactively maintained to help reduce breakdowns, improve efficiency, extend equipment life, and provide greater peace of mind.

Automatic Renewal & Billing Disclosure
By enrolling in the Bundle Buddy Membership, you authorize Davis & Green to automatically renew your membership on an annual basis. Your membership will renew each year at the then-current rate unless you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the renewal date.
To cancel or make changes to your membership, customers must contact our office directly. Cancellations are not accepted via text, email, or social media.

Monthly payment options are available for your convenience. Ask your Dedicated Membership Coordinator about available savings when you choose annual billing. Pricing, discounts, and promotions may vary and are subject to change.
Membership benefits, pricing, and terms are subject to change with notice. Membership fees are non-refundable once services or discounts have been used.

- Verify correct wire and service size
- Ensure all breakers are properly installed
- Tighten all terminals and inspect for wear
- Check bus bar for hotspots or discoloration
- Inspect main breaker for proper operation
- Verify panel age and manufacturer safety recalls
- Look for signs of heat damage or melted wiring
- Confirm proper grounding and bonding
- Check for rust, corrosion, or water intrusion
- Discuss surge protection options for modern code compliance
- Confirm panel uses breakers, not outdated fuses
- Check smoke detectors
- Check GFCI receptacles for proper operation
- Inspect refrigerant connections and search for major leaks visually
- Inspect, start and run capacitors for bulges, rusting or leaks
- Safety test all controls and relays for proper operation
- Test operation and condition of compressor contacts
- Check voltage and amperage of motors
- Evaluate air filter condition/clean or suggest replacement options
- Ensure equipment is operating from the thermostat
- Inspect condition of evaporator coil/drain pan, if accessible
- Inspect heat exchanger and burners - vacuum/adjust, if necessary
- Inspect pilot operation and gas pressure and adjust, if necessary
- Monitor flue draft and safety controls for safe operations
- Adjust air flow for proper temperature rise
- Remove debris from condensing (outdoor) unit
- Inspect and clean drains as necessary
- Testing for hardness, pH, chlorine, iron, and sediment
- Checking for corrosion or leaks at supply and drain points
- Verifying temperature and pressure settings for efficiency and safety on water heater
- Testing temperature and pressure relief (T&P) valve
- Review upgrade or filtration options for improved water quality
- Verify operations of sump pump, if applicable
