Will Cable Trenching Ruin Your Yard?
One of our core goals with underground cable trenching is to minimize disruptions to our customers’ properties. We can work around the needs of the client. A common question is whether the home will have power during the trenching. The answer is generally yes. We may have to shut off the power temporarily, but we can coordinate that with you as well.
How long our electrical trenching services take depends on the scope of the project. Many residential trenching projects finish within a day. For larger projects, we can provide accurate estimates based on the length and depth of the trench, including backfilling.
Another consideration is whether you want a direct burial or an enclosed conduit. Direct burial can save money in situations like running electricity out to a shed. However, conduits are usually best if there are multiple cable types and/or the trench is long. It will cost more, but it will protect your investment.
